computer running a windows operating system:
You can delete unnecessary files or uninstall useless programs. These take up the disk
space. Defragmentation would provide free space. Files are also set in an order.
You should keep close these programs which you don’t need. Check that all the programs
which are not required are closed. Make sure that no programs are running even in
background, and also close all programs which run at a time. Running programs one at a
time would be better.
Temporary files like temp, recent, %temp%, prefects should be deleted as that would
create more disk space. In order to clear the disk just run cleaner program in the
windows.

Follow the following steps:
Click on start                                                        
Choose the program which has the name dfrg.msc.
Select the drive that you want to defrag.
There after click on the key called defrag button.
Now the process of defragmentation will start.
After completing defragmentation the results would be shown immediately on the screen.
You would see the files have been arranged and the speed of the system has become
better. Now you can access your files as well as recover them easily. It is suggested to
regularly defrag the computer hard drive and run the cleaner program also. Now you can
